The situation
In her first major leadership role, she was asked to prepare a significant plan for the board, at short notice. An internal mentor was available, but basic questions felt professionally risky.
The work
We worked on the anxiety and the practical task together: structuring the plan, gathering information, involving her team, preparing slides and reviewing the work.
What changed
She completed the plan and presented it successfully to the board.

The situation
