This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by Craftport Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 08724737. Registered office: Arquen House, 4–6 Spicer Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4PQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Our ICO registration number is ZA872155.

What this notice covers
It covers this website, the enquiry form and your first contact with us. If we go on to work together, how information shared during that work is handled, including confidentiality, is agreed with you before the work begins.
What we collect
- When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, your message, and whether you are getting in touch on behalf of someone in your organisation.
- When you email us: your email address and anything you choose to include.
- When you book a call: the booking page at callwithcornelia.com collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and chosen time. The booking page is provided by TidyCal.
- When you visit the site: we use Plausible Analytics, running on a server we control, to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not collect personal information or identify you. Like any website, our web server keeps short-term technical logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Please don’t include colleagues’ names or sensitive details in a first message. There’s no need.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a first conversation, and, if you want to go ahead, agree how we will work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract. We won’t add you to our mailing list unless you ask to join it. If you do, you’ll receive occasional updates and content we think you’ll find useful, and every email will include an easy way to unsubscribe.
Who else handles it
We don’t sell or share your information. A small number of service providers handle it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Microsoft 365 provides our email.
- TidyCal provides our booking page at callwithcornelia.com. TidyCal is based in the United States; transfers are protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep what we need for as long as the work, and our legal and accounting obligations, require.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies. The fonts and the client video are served from this site itself, not from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. You can also ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@craftport.com and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
